Service Provisioning
We deliver high-fidelity KPI analytics through tiered access levels. Understanding your provisioning tier is essential for maintaining operational compliance within our ecosystem.
Standard KPI Analytics Access
Users are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to interact with standard data dashboards for internal performance tracking. This license prohibits the redistribution of computed insights to third-party consultants without explicit written variance from Crimson Sun Analytics.
User Conduct & Data Integrity
The Crimson Sun ecosystem relies on accurate, authenticated data streams. Misuse of the platform compromises collective analytics fidelity.
Credential Responsibility
Account holders must safeguard unique identifiers. Any activity logged under an enterprise CID is legally attributed to the primary registrant. Multi-factor authentication is mandatory for all KPI analytics administrative roles.
Data Cleanliness
Automated bot ingestion or "screen scraping" of our data dashboards is strictly prohibited. Users must engage only through sanctioned API channels or our proprietary browser interface to ensure server stability.
Prohibited Exploits
Reverse engineering the Crimson Sun predictive algorithms or using dashboard snapshots to train competing machine learning models is a violation of the Performance Intelligence proprietary core.

Boundary Matrix
Warranties of Accuracy
While we strive for extreme precision, Crimson Sun Analytics provides its data dashboards "as is." We do not guarantee that the generated insights will satisfy specific commercial outcomes or regulatory requirements without human oversight.
Limitations of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Crimson Sun Analytics be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our enterprise performance tools. Our maximum liability is capped at the total fees paid by the user in the preceding fiscal quarter.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time to reflect hardware upgrades or shifts in international data laws. Your continued use of the platform following these changes constitutes acceptance of the new protocols.
